Confused? Let us explain. There’s no way anyone can time the market—so listing now versus 2 or 3 months from now, we can’t tell you if it’s a smart plan.

But we do know these things to be true:

▪️there’s more buyers in the market right now.
▪️we still have low inventory (not as low as in the past, but statistically low—1.6 months worth)
▪️your home will sell if it is priced right, shows well and has massive marketing
▪️we can’t predict the interest rates or state of the economy and world (which plays a major factor in home sales)
▪️there is less competition for sellers today because other sellers are holding off until fall after they do allllll the summer things (more on this soon)
▪️it matters who you hire to list, market and sell your home.

So when’s the perfect time?

It’s when you’re ready.

You only need one buyer.
And that one buyer is out there.
