The aquatic facilities will also offer swim lessons so it is good to check the calendar on specific websites to get the latest information on open swim times.

The county holds a Make a Splash fundraiser event once a month on Saturday through this warm season from 6 to 8 PM. These are free-swimming events.

All Spokane County swimming areas have the same pricing structure. Children under to swim for free. Children age 3 to 5 cost four dollars per swimmer. "Very clean and a life guard in every corner of the pool watching kids do the slide. For safety precaution, someone does the trafficking before taking the giant slide. The young adults did it too but it was a delight for other kids." - TripAdvisor review of Southside Aquatics Center
