As first time home buyers my fiance and I truly had an amazing experience working with the Farr Group. Being completely new to the residential real estate process (and me being new to the Spokane region) we had tons of questions, concerns, and apprehensions that were all gracefully addressed. From early on, working with the Farrs felt like working with friends and I had full faith and trust in their feedback. There were multiple times when Aaron and Krista cautioned us about things that we otherwise would’ve overlooked, whether it was house location concerns, navigating the nuances of submitting an offer, or understanding legal forms. They both looked out for our best interests as if they were our own parents.
